Pass Rules

Ticketing

All ticket sales must go through Londzell Performing Arts Theatre (LPAT). If a show is canceled, LPAT handles ticket refunds directly for guests.

Promoter limit. LPAT will approve a maximum of two promoters across all three pass options. Live entertainment only. Each promoter and requested date is subject to approval. Inquiries do not reserve dates.
Use all 10 dates in 2027. Confirmed dates cannot be rescheduled or resold. If the promoter cancels, the date is forfeited and does not roll over.
The pass covers building rental. Promoters supply and manage their event staff, including ushers and front-of-house personnel. Security, event insurance, and production are separate.
LPAT must approve all marketing materials before publication.
